Gen Z Youth Gather in Belfast for a Weekend of Faith and Community

From 28th to 30th March, Gen Z youth gathered at Belfast Seventh-day Adventist Church church for a powerful spiritual getaway. It was led by Jefferson Melki, Pastor Warren Gillen, and dedicated staff who were all familiar faces and longtime friends in faith. It was more than just a youth event—it was a time of renewal, reconnection, and revival.

In total, around 90 young people and staff took part in the event, filling the church and surrounding spaces with energy, laughter, and a shared passion for growing in Christ.

Each morning and evening, we were blessed with heartfelt messages that stirred our hearts and reminded us that God still speaks. We worshipped through singing, prayer, and time in the Word, growing deeper in our faith together.

Between messages, we had fun too—bowling, games, laughter, and meals shared as one big family. We made new friends and reconnected with old ones, proving once again that community is one of God’s greatest gifts.

It was a weekend of joy, rest, and spiritual fire. And as we return to everyday routines, one thing is certain: Gen Z is alive for Jesus and we’re just getting started.
