Isaiah Study Ignites Spiritual Growth Across Irish Mission Clubs

Across the Irish Mission of Seventh-day Adventists, something remarkable has been unfolding within the Adventurers and Pathfinders clubs. What began as a structured study of the book of Isaiah has grown into a deeply spiritual movement impacting children, youth, parents, and even families new to the church.

Adventurers Club

Our younger children are discovering God’s love through Isaiah’s messages of hope, comfort, and promise. Leaders have made prophetic themes accessible and engaging, helping children move beyond memorisation to genuine reflection on God’s character. Parents report meaningful conversations at home, with children applying verses like “Fear thou not; for I am with thee” to real-life situations.

Pathfinders Club

Among Pathfinders, the impact has been especially powerful. Young people are engaging deeply with themes of repentance, justice, and mission, asking what it means to respond like Isaiah: “Here am I; send me.” Leaders are witnessing increased spiritual maturity, deeper prayer lives, and a desire to live out faith beyond club meetings.

Families Growing Together and Outreach Impact

Parents are increasingly participating in evening worship and studying Isaiah alongside their children. This has restored family worship in many homes and strengthened intergenerational faith conversations.

Several non-Adventist families have joined activities after seeing positive changes in young people. Through fellowship and Bible study, new families are now connecting with Sabbath services and church community life.

A highlight of this season was the Master Guide Investiture, where four Master Guides were invested in a moving ceremony officiated by Pastor Kevin Johnson (TED Youth Sponsor), alongside Irish Mission President Pastor Adam Keogh and Secretary Pastor Ben. The event celebrated leadership, mentorship, and commitment to lifelong service.

Overall, the Isaiah study has become more than a curriculum — it has become a revival, strengthening homes, nurturing young disciples, and opening new doors for mission.
