Holiday Bible Club in Ranelagh Adventist Church Helps Children ‘Magnify’ God’s Presence in Every Detail
From July 1st to 4th, 2025, Ranelagh Church hosted this year’s Holiday Bible Club, themed “Magnified: Discovering the Bigness of God in the Smallest of Things.” We were especially blessed to welcome many children from the local community as well as those from our church family. They were eager to explore how God’s greatness is not only seen in the vastness of the universe but also in the tiniest parts of His creation and in their own lives.
The event was led by the IM Children’s Ministry Sponsor, Neidi Moh, alongside the Ranelagh Children’s Ministry Department team and a dedicated group of parents and youth volunteers. Every person involved gave their hearts and hands to make sure the children experienced a week filled with fun, faith, and meaningful connection. The purpose of the Holiday Bible Club was simple yet profound: to help children discover that the God who created the stars also lovingly crafted every detail of their lives, and He is magnified even in the smallest things.

Throughout the week, children were divided into age-specific teams with fun names like Mini Marvels, Forest Friends, Pond Hoppers, Mighty Ants, and Busy Bees. Each day, they set out on “mini adventures” designed to open their eyes to God’s handiwork — from hands-on science experiments that sparked awe at His creativity, to wildcraft activities that made them appreciate His design in nature. Even the littlest children enjoyed sensory play stations, where they could experience God’s nearness in a gentle, age-appropriate way.
One of the most cherished moments was when Mr. Bee our cheerful guest reminded the children that they are fearfully and wonderfully made by God. The children also learned about global missions, understanding that God’s big love reaches every corner of the world, and they too can be part of His mission.

We wrapped up the week with a movie session and a creative activity where children decorated their own sensory bottles—a keepsake to remind them that even when life feels small or shaken, God’s presence is always with them. The week concluded with a heartwarming celebration of Aiden’s 2nd birthday, reminding us all that every life is a precious gift from God.

This week wasn’t just an event—it was a time where seeds of faith were planted. Together, we saw how God is glorified not just in big events, but in small hands, small hearts, and small beginnings.
A heartfelt thank you to every volunteer, every parent, and every child who took part. You helped magnify God's love in ways that will echo far beyond this week.
When we look closely, we see God’s fingerprints in the tiniest places and His love reflected in the smallest faces.
