Faith, Fellowship, and Kindness Mark Ukrainian Family Camp Weekend
Once again, we were blessed to gather for another unforgettable Ukrainian Family Camp. It was held in Newmarket-on-Fergus from the 30th of May to the 2nd of June and it was a time of deep connection, spiritual growth, and joyful fellowship.
We are grateful to the Irish Mission and especially to Pastor Adam Keough, Pastor Ben Pontanar, Pastor Tony O’Rourke, and Pastor Fillipe Lessa for their steadfast support and encouragement.
A special thank-you also goes out to Daniel and Svetlana Wilson for their dedicated service in taking care of our daily needs throughout the camp. Your efforts made a significant difference in the smooth flow and warm atmosphere of the entire weekend.
This year, we had over 75 registered participants, and on Saturday, our numbers had grown to more than 130 attendees! Among them were at least 25 non-Adventist guests—some returning for their third camp, others experiencing it for the very first time.

One of the most touching pieces of feedback we received was: “I was pleasantly surprised to see so much love and kindness during this camp! Loved the atmosphere.”

This spirit of love is exactly what we strive for, inspired by the words of Jesus in John 13:34-35: “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
We give all praise to the Lord for His guidance, protection, and the powerful presence of the Holy Spirit throughout the weekend. May the seeds planted during this time continue to grow in the hearts of all who attended.
