Blanchardstown Congregation Welcomes TED Executive Secretary for a Day of Worship and Fellowship
The Blanchardstown Seventh-day Adventist Church experienced a joyful and inspiring Sabbath on 25 October, as members and visitors gathered for a special day of worship. The congregation was blessed to welcome Pastor Robert Czismadia, Executive Secretary of the Trans-European Division, as the guest speaker, accompanied by Pastor Adam Keough, President of the Irish Mission.
In a beautiful gesture of unity, the Portlaoise Church intentionally closed their service for the day in order to worship alongside the Blanchardstown members. Guests also joined from several neighbouring churches across Dublin, creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere of fellowship.
The worship service was filled with heartfelt praise and uplifting music. An orchestra, together with the Portlaoise chorus, the Blanchardstown group, teens, ladies, children, and various individual singers, shared their talents in a powerful expression of worship. Their presentations reminded everyone of the beauty of serving God together as one family.
Pastor Robert’s message highlighted a profound spiritual truth: that God has made His people spiritually rich. Not necessarily in material possessions, but in gifts, talents, and opportunities to serve. He encouraged the congregation to recognise these blessings and use them for God’s glory and for the benefit of others.
Following the worship service, the church family remained together for a joyful fellowship lunch. Conversations, laughter, and testimonies filled the room, making the Sabbath a memorable expression of Christian unity and gratitude.
