Baptism at Galway Church The Galway Adventist church was blessed by the baptism of three new members on Sabbath, 16 June. Pastor Tony O’Rourke welcomed the fact that Silibaziso Msimanga, Bernadette Mannion and Mncedisi Hadebe decided to give their lives to Christ Jesus, saying that "conversion is a supernatural work of the Holy Spirit."

There was special music, from three young children of the church, who sang "Because He lives." In his sermon pastor O'Rourke said, "We need to know the Bible, we need to read it for ourselves." He added, "There must be a miraculous change in our lives." Referring to the baptism, he said, "Coming out of the water there is a new creation in Christ Jesus."
